Our Mission

To provide Communications-Electronics service and support necessary for the accomplishment of PNP tasks

Our Function
  1. To install, operate and maintain communication system to support PNP wide activities including control, communication security and service support.
  2. To provide direct support for all operations of the PNP.
  3. To provide fixed communication facilities for the major offices of the PNP, including the Regional, Provincial Command
  4. To provide technical supervision over Communications-Electronics facilities of the PNP Provincial and other Sep Units.
  5. To acquire and/or procure critical Communications-Electronics equipment supplies and materials.

Performance Highlights:

Keeping the PNP in touch thru effective communication system

When the Philippine National Police was organized in 01 Jan 1991 pursuant to RA 6975, the PNP Communications and Electronics Services (PNPCES) was subsequently activated to include the 16 Regional Communications and Electronics Offices.

Later on, the seventeenth Regional Communications and Electronics Offices of PRO MIMAROPA was activated.

The mission of PNP CES is to provide communications and electronics services and support necessary in the accomplishment of PNP tasks. Its functions are to install, operate and maintain communications system in support of PNP-wide activities, including coordination, command and control, communications security, and service support. It also provides direct support to all operations of the PNP, fixed communications facilities and technical support for the NHQ, NSUs, regional and provincial offices.

The PNP CES continually acquires and upgrades its equipment and facilities and trains its personnel to cope with fast-changing communication and electonics technology.
