QUALITY POLICY

        The men and women of the PNP Crime Laboratory are committed to the attainment of Total Client Satisfaction by providing quality scientific investigation and forensic support services.
        In order to enhance its capabilities and effectiveness in fulfilling its mandate, the unit strictly adheres to the following policies:
           - Internalization of the PNP Organizational core values: the love of God, respect for authority, selfless love and service to people, honor and justice.
           - Development of a competent, highly motivated committed and skilled forensic service through the proper allocation, use and sourcing of vital organizational (human, material and financial) resources.
           - Strengthening partnership with the community and observe coordination among the other pillars of the Criminal Justice System in the prosecution of the offenders.
           - Establishment of IT-based linkages with International Police Organization to ensure sharing of information particularly on transnational crime.
           - Periodic review and evaluation of quality objectives.
