INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The PNP-Police Regional Office 11 is inviting interested contractors to participate in the bidding of the construction Panabo City Police Station, Davao del Norte PPO which has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Million Two Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Seven pesos/50 cents (P4,266,747.50). Interested parties may personally obtain bidding documents at a non-refundable fee of Four Thousand pesos (P4,000.00) from RBAC Secretariat, PNP-PRO11 Regional Engineering Office, Camp Catitipan, Davao City.
No Letter of Intent will be accepted after the stipulated deadline and only bidders who passed the eligibility check who are issued written notices to this effect be allowed to participate the bidding. The provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR shall govern all particulars relative to eligibility, bid and performance bond, bid evaluation and award of contract. The PNP–PRO11 reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders. The Pre-Bid Conference shall be held at the PNP Main Conference Room, 3rd Floor NHQ-PNP Building, Camp Crame, Quezon City on March 17, 2009 at 1:00 PM. The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished eligibility requirements in the bid box located at the PNP Main Conference Room, 3rd Floor, NHQ-PNP Camp Crame, Quezon City. The PNP reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses to the eligibility requirements and to this Invitation.
