As per PNP Lateral Entry Program for Technical and Line Officer for the CY 2011,  Philippine National Police has allotted ten (10) lateral entry technical positions for Communications and Electronics Service (CES) to fill up with the vacancies by recruiting the best qualified applicants.  More so, said applicants must be a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) to tap with one of the requirements.
