The Basically the internalization and actualization of the PNPs old motto of "We Serve and Protect the Community" would be the program to move the PNP forward. Through this motto, we shall reinforce the servant leadership concept wherein we accept that we are servants first because we want to truly serve and protect our community. Of course, this will necessarily incorporate the continued implementation of the 10 year PNP's Integrated Transformation Program which was started in the year 2003 and would provide for the desired holistic approach, continuity and sustainability of the program since the terms of PDG HERMOGENES EBDANE JR, PDG EDGAR AGLIPAY, PDG ARTURO LOMIBAO and PDG OSCAR CALDERON. Together with the identified 10 key result areas and the 34 reform projects, I will follow through with the prioritization of the 17 "quick win" projects, specific action programs to include the four-point program thrust on anti-criminality, anti-insurgency, anti-terrorism and internal reforms to jumpstart the reform process for immediate results and positive impact on the PNP organization and the community.

What remains now is for each and every member of the PNP to do his PART.
