Guidelines for Command/Staff Visits & Inspections
  1. No excessive welcome reception / party.
  2. No honors.
  3. Breakfast / snacks upon arrival is not necessary.
  4. No motorcycle escorts.
  5. No lavish meals and preparations.
  6. Invite local chief executives, members of the peace and order council and concerned NGOs during the briefing at headquarters.
  7. Include in the program a talk to the men and awarding ceremony.
  8. Visiting staff shall pay for their lodging.
  9. No gifts or pasalubong.
