The 23rd Police Community Relations Month Celebration officially started on July 2, 2018 with the theme, "Tapat na Serbisyo at Paglilingkod ng Kapulisan, Kaagapay ang Mamamayan, Hatid ay Kaunlaran" as NAPOLCOM Vice Chairman and Executive Officer, Commissioner Rogelio Casurao formally declared its opening during the Monday Flag raising ceremony in Camp Crame, Quezon City.

A ceremonial turnover of donations from PMFTC Inc. for the Recovery and Wellness Program recipients was also held during the event.

The Pangkabuhayan Tools which included basic tools for gardening, electrician, scaffolding, massage therapy, barber/haircutting, and mechanic will be made available to former drug dependents who successfully completed the RWP which includes a TESDA course. This is in support of the government's community-based RWP to help former drug dependents in their reintegration process into the community.
