ANOTHER PYRAMID SUSPECT FALLS Police operatives arrested another suspected operator of a pyramiding scheme that allegedly victimized several investors of millions of pesos. In his report to PNP Chief, Director General Edgar B Aglipay, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Chief, Director Arturo C Lomibao said Raul JAMORALIN was arrested on November 15, 2004 at the Ciudad Del Majia in Pasig City by CIDG agents under Senior Superintendent Federico Laciste of the NCR-CIDU. According to Lomibao, Jamoralin is a former officer of the Mateo Management Group International Holdings Company Ltd… Jamoralin was has been the subject of a manhunt operation by CIDG until he was sighted at the Ciudad del Mejia in Pasig City by a tracker team led by Superintendent William Macavinta who were following-up on a lead provided by an informant. The suspects have nine (9) outstanding Warrants of Arrest for a string of Estafa cases issued by the Hon. Tito Gustilo of the Regional Trial Court Branch of Iloilo City . All cases are non-bailable.
