ARREST OF INDIAN NATIONAL FOR VIOLATION OF RA 9165 An anti-drug operation was conducted along Aurora Boulevard corner Annapolis St., Cubao, Quezon City on November 25, 2004 at about 6:30 PM by elements of the Station Anti-Illegal Drugs (SAID) Unit of Central Police District Police Station 8 resulting in the arrest of MOHINDER SINGH, 52 years old, married, Indian national, jobless, and residing at No.52 Annapolis St., Cubao, Quezon City for possession and control of 1,799 pieces of suspected Mogadon tablets. The buy-bust operation was the result of two weeks surveillance on a tip by an informant. The arresting team, led by SPO1 James Bustinera under the direct supervision of P/Insp Gil Del Rosario, Chief SAID. Suspect is presently detained at Police Station 8 for proper disposition while the suspected Mogadon tablets were brought to the PNP Crime Laboratory for testing. Officer on case is SPO1 Conrado B Lim.
