PRESS STATEMENT OF POLICE DIRECTOR GENERAL ARTURO C LOMIBAO

I am pleased to announce the early solution of a case of multiple murder in Caloocan City .

Suspects Jonito ESPINOSA alias Tyson, and Jover ARROGANTE were arrested in separate occasions in Angandanan, Isabela and in Caloocan City last Saturday, or barely 72 hours after the brutal murder of four persons on July 27 in 12 th Avenue , Caloocan City.

I would like to commend the operatives of the Caloocan City Police Station under SSupt. Leo Garra and the Northern Police District under newly-promoted Chief Superintendent Raul Gonzales for the speedy action that led to the early solution of this case.

As of this time, three more suspects, including the alleged mastermind, are being sought by operatives of the Theft and Robbery Section of the Caloocan City Police under Police Senior Inspector Marcelo Mariano.

We are confident that they too will be accounted for in due time.
