PCR FAMILY CONFERENCE OF MINDANAO-BASED POLICE REGIONAL OFFICES

The Police Community Relations Family Conference of Mindanao-based Police Regional Offices hosted by PRO 11 was successfully held at the PRO 11 Conference Room, Catitipan, Davao City on June 24, 2008.


The "Pulis Ko, Titser Ko" program was formally launched at Camp Catitipan, Davao City during the PCR Family Conference of Mindana-based PROs on June 24, 2008 hosted by PRO 11.

The welcome message was delivered by PCSUPT LINO DG CALINGASAN, OIC, PRO 11 to the participants, guests, visitors and media personalities.  They were to witness the briefing presentation and the launching of “Pulis Ko, Titser Ko” program which is being implemented in other Police Regional Offices.

He emphasized that the seminar aims to thresh out new ideas from among others and dynamic officers of police community relations family, to make innovative and long-term plans that would reinvigorate the relationship and cooperation between the PNP and the community.

He also encouraged the participants to take advantage of the presence of Police Director LEOPOLDO N BATAOIL, Director for Police Community Relations to ask questions or make clarifications and  give  suggestion or comment relative to their current thrusts and programs.

During the first part of the conference, a video presentation of “Pulis Ko Titser Ko” program was presented by no less than Director BATAOIL who solely organized the same program while he was assigned as the Regional Director of PRO 1, with Dr. Romy Balaba, Department of Education XI representative.

 After the video presentation, a short conference followed wherein  media personalities were given opportunity to asked Director Bataoil significant questions regarding the “Pulis Ko, Titser Ko” program

After the briefing, all Chiefs, PCR and the RPCRD/R5 of different Mindanao-Based PRO were given ten (10) minutes to have their respective power point presentation of their accomplishments, plans and programs and other related matters which were embodied in the PCR Master Plan.
