Explosives Permits

The Firearms and Explosives Division (FED) is responsible in the issuance of permits and licenses of firearms, ammunitions, explosives, firecracker/pyrotechnic devices. FED is located at PNP National Headquarters Camp Crame. Q.C. Office hours is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Application Form w/ 3 pcs. 2X2 picture (colored) & CTC Number (Duly Notarized)
  • Information Sheet
  • Affidavit of Non-Pending Case (Duly Notarized)
  • Duly stamped self-addressed envelope (Registered mail with Return Card)
  • Deed of Sale or Affidavit of Transfer (if applicable)
